Book: Bullying

Writing my first comprehensive legal science paper, which deals with the huge issue of “bullying” by the publishing house Vroteas with the support of my beloved colleague Eleni Lazaris.

In our intellectual work we thoroughly analyze the phenomenon of school bullying, work bullying – mobbing & cyber bullying.

We start with a small historical background of the above phenomena and follow the sociological approach with the use of statistical data from a decade ago and today.

Then we approach the phenomena based on the psychological – criminological interpretation and view, both from the side of the perpetrator and the victim, as well as their generalized others.

Finally, we close with the legal treatment of the phenomena, the legal and procedural weapons that the victim has at his disposal, we identify the existing legislative gaps and the weaknesses of the current legal framework and we propose, in our judgment, necessary legislative changes for the most effective legal treatment of phenomena and their impact on society.
