In the above decision, the Court ruled in favor of the misuse of the terms of our client’s bank loan agreement.
2. Suspension of 5 years imprisonment
Pursuant to the above decision, the execution of a five-year prison sentence was suspended for an accused, who was finally found guilty by the Five-Member Athens Criminal Court of Appeals for embezzling an amount of more than 1,500,000.00 euros.
