The establishment of MV Law Office reflects the vision of its founder for delivering holistic and specialized legal services to our clients in the light of the impartiality and the respect of the personality and the individuality of the other person. Among our basic principles are our clients legal interest, our professionalism, the preparation of every specific case with responsibility thoroughly and scrupulously, the strategic thinking, the effectiveness, the in- depth legal knowledge and the investment in knowledge – based capital (theoretical knowledge that turns into applicable practical experience). Vaiopoulou Anastasia-Stefania

Attorney at Law at the Court of Appeal – Economist – Journalist – Publicist
She was born in Athens in 1985. She becomes from a Family of academic teachers of exact sciences and teachers in exact sciences on Secondary Schools.
She graduated from the Athens University of Economic and Business (department of Business Administration specializing in Marketing Management), while in 2008 she became a member of the Greek Chamber of Finance and she obtained her professional authorization as an economist. During her studies at the Athens University of Economic and Business she wrote a great number of research papers and case studies and she also participated at various working groups of the University researching issues as Macroeconomic Consumption Theories, Research of consumer behavior regarding products and services, sales networks of various companies, crucial errors in negotiations, acquisitions – mergers and their market impact, the consumption of organic products and the environmental protection in Greece, research marketing, the e- customer loyalty, modern ways of distribution of banking products, the development of new products in high – tech environment.
She also earned a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Development from Harokopio University of Athens. Immediately after, she studied laws at the Democritus University of Thrace and she was selected to attend the summer school of Universityof Salzburg at European Private Law.
She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2016 after participating at the Panhellenic Examinations for trainee lawyers (year 2016). Since then, she has been an active lawyer in the field of private, commercial and criminal law. She has also successfully handled cases in the field of public and administrative law.
Before the establishment of MV Law Office she maintained her own law office and occasionally she collaborated as an external partner with other law offices.
At the same time she continues her scientific action as a PhD Candidate in Development Economics at SOAS University of London.
She is qualified with music studies in percussion instruments ( drums).
She speaks the Greek, the English, the German and the French language.
Theofano Pega

She was born in Athens in 1980. She becomes from a family of lawyers and she is the second generation of them. Her father was George Pegas, a constructor and merchant of safes, while her mother Metaxia Pega was a lawyer and former director of the administration sector in the national Tobacco Organism (1989 – 1994).
She graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2006 and in her beginning as a lawyer she practiced law in the legal services of banks and in the Law Office of Christos Maneas. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2008 and she practices law for more than twelve years.
She expertise’s in commercial law, contract law, company law, civil law, administrative law, labor law, and aliens law.
She was suggested many times for post graduated studies, both by Greek and foreign professors. She has attended many seminars with law interest and day conferences and she remains constantly updated to all the current legal matters.
She has been a deputy legal adviser in to two Greek – Russian Limited Liability Companies (Loukfarm and Monolit) and she has collaborated as a lawyer with the accounting office of the former president of the Greek Chamber of Commerce. She is a legal Consultant to the general partnership : ‘ Loukisa Farms” and a legal consultant to the non profit civil company of the International Greek – Russian Philosophical forum (World Philosophical Forum). She is a legal advisor to Marcs Medifarms and an external partner to civil non profit company : “ Elefteria”.
She is also a member of the association for the protection of the unborn children : “the Hug” and a member of the association of the three –parent- children of the East Athens and a member of many charity organizations, while in 2018 she was a secretary as a member of the board of the Athens house for the retirements.
She is a mother of three children and she is married to the international businessman and agronomist, Konstantinos Loukisas, former vice president of the Greek – Italian Chamber and Greek representative to the Awards of Innovation in Brussels (2012).
She is qualified with advanced piano studies.
She speaks the Greek, the English and the French language.
